Louise Lyons-Appiah, is the 22-year-old co-founder of BreatheUnion and a passionate advocate for mental health, personal development, and equality. She shares her personal journey of overcoming imposter syndrome, racial trauma, and gender inequality.Through her relatable and enthusiastic approach to facilitation and public speaking, Louise inspires individuals to embrace resilience, challenge societal expectations, and drive positive change fearlessly. She works to create a society where we can better understand ourselves and each other through facilitation, consultancy and advocacy.

Beginning my facilitation journey through my initiative BreatheUni, I have been designing and delivering workshops in schools, Universities and businesses around a wide range of topics including: Values and purpose and Intersectionality and Allyship.
Engaging and informative, my workshops foster an understanding of the significance of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and Personal Development. Through group activities and discussions, participants leave with actionable insights to drive positive change.
